Laser Electrical Support Charity Cycle Ride for Kids Inspire

From June 21st to the 23rd, we’re gearing up for an inspiring journey from Essex to Amsterdam in support of our primary local charity, Kids Inspire.

Covering 140 miles over two days, starting out from the Kids Inspire Head Office in Great Baddow, Essex, Paul Ryan, one of our Customer Care Engineers, will embark on Day One: cycling 75 miles to reach Harwich. From there, he’ll board an overnight ferry bound for the Hook of Holland. Day Two will see him pedal the remaining 65 miles to Amsterdam, where they’ll have the option to explore the city before heading back to Essex.

This initiative is just one of our efforts to support Kids Inspire, a charity dedicated to providing mental health and trauma recovery support for children, young people and their families. Last year, we were honoured as Corporate Sponsor of the Year for our commitment to fundraising, including our record-breaking achievement of raising £30,000 at our recent annual charity race night.

Rachael Bassett, Fundraising Manager at Kids Inspire, expressed gratitude for Laser Electrical’s continued support, acknowledging the significant impact of their partnership. Jon McFarlane, Laser Electrical Managing Director, commented “We believe in giving back to our local community and supporting causes that make a meaningful difference. Kids Inspire is a cause close to many of the team’s hearts and we’re delighted to once again support this local charity”.
